This is the foundation. The Grind gives you a fully customized training program built around your goals, your schedule, and your life. Every workout is laid out with video demos so you walk into the gym knowing exactly what you're doing and why.
Nutrition guidance is included so your eating actually supports what you're working toward. You get real nutrition tips that work without overhauling your entire lifestyle.
Your first month you'll check in weekly so we make sure everything is dialed in from the jump. After that, check-ins move to biweekly to keep your momentum going as you settle into the process.

THE TAKEOVER
Everything in The Grind, plus now I'm actually there with you every step of the way.
Three to four times a week we're on a live 45-minute Zoom session and I'm coaching you through your workout in real time. Form corrections, demos, and adjustments on the spot. In addition, you get a full meal plan built for you and adjusted as you progress. Daily communication available from 8AM to 8PM, 7 days a week, getting back to you within 2–4 hours — usually sooner.
Everything is done for you. You show up, you do the work, and the rest is taken care of. This is for the person who wants to make sure they're doing it right and wants that direct coaching energy every single session.
